Every month, we pick a date for an informal community activity to promote friendly companionship and social connectedness outside the dance hall.

Hiking Maple Pass

 Come join us for a moderate hike (7.2 miles/ 2,000 ft elevation gain) to one of our favorite fall trails! Maple Pass in the fall is spellbinding! 

We will meet at the Rainy Pass Trailhead by the beginning of the trail entrance at 10:30 AM (with 10 minute grace period.) Rainy Pass Trailhead has a large parking lot. If the lot is full, there is plenty of parking along highway 20. Plan to give yourself enough time to find parking and walk to the trailhead.


The trailhead parking area requires a Northwest Forest Pass to park at the parking lot. 

Please e-mail us if you are planning on joining- for directions, coordination details, and last-minute changes due to weather conditions!
