Capitol Hill---just east of downtown exemplifies the city's diversity, Where its main drag "Broadway" entertains day and night, everyone from students to seniors strolling and shopping at a variety of neighborhood shops, galleries, cafes, and restaurants. Volunteer Park, a 44-acre home for the Seattle Asian Art Museum, a beautiful Victorian conservatory, water tower and Lakeview Cemetery, where many famous people, including Bruce Lee, are interred. Close to Japanese Gardens, Arboretum and all points of interest.

University---North of Capitol Hill, the University District is a vibrant collection of bookstores, coffee houses, and ethnic restaurants on the "Ave". The University of Washington features a beautiful campus, the Burke Museum, and the Museum of History and Industry.

Woodland park/ Fremont---Just north of downtown is the Fremont neighborhood, renowned as Seattle's most artistically-eccentric community. Nestled between Lake Union, the Ship Canal, and Woodland Park, you'll find an outstanding selection of bistros, art galleries, and inviting shops. Take in the natural habitat zoo, rose gardens, and walking trails of Woodland Park. Sample a brew at one of the two local microbreweries, or simply enjoy the sights and sounds of the neighborhood, fondly known as "the center of the universe."

Queen Anne Hill---Located to the north of downtown, is one of Seattle's most scenic neighborhoods. Queen Anne combines sensational views with quiet residential elegance and many shops, restaurants, and coffee houses. At the base of the hill is the 74-acre Seattle Center which was the site of the 1962 World's Fair and home of Space Needle, the Monorail to downtown, the Pacific Science Center, the Fun Forest Amusement Park, the Children's Museum, the Opera House, the Intiman and Repertory Theatres, and the Key Arena--home of the Seattle Sonics.

West Seattle---Just ten to fifteen minutes west of downtown Seattle, you will find a community that looks back to the city lights and to Puget Sound and mountain views. You can relax and enjoy wonderful waterfront restaurants, watch the ferries pass and stroll or bicycle along Alki Beach.

South Seattle---25 minutes south of downtown Seattle, An area of beautiful homes with spectacular water and mountain views.
